Mission

FCDR's mission is to educate and develop the following outstanding citizenship values through the game of competitive soccer by teaching: soccer skills, honesty, fellowship, discipline, team play, work ethic, sportsmanship, and self-reliance of youth in Western, NY.

To foster, teach and advance the game of soccer within our community by increasing the participation of our local youth. To foster and encourage sportsmanship and leadership by all players and persons involved in soccer. ​​To focus on developing and enriching the lives of our local youth players and coaches on and off the soccer field in order to create contributing members for our community.
